Second single

Don'tBeActOmslag

Our new single “Don’t Be Yourself” taken from the upcoming album “Let Us In” was released today along with the sedated-but-aggressive track “Act”.

“Don’t Be Yourself” was inspired by our society that encourages people to become a cog in the machine rather than to be what makes them happy.

This release is the second in a line of 4 which will create the new album.

Solar Eclipse

To celebrate the solar eclipse I decided to upload this video with me trying out “Out Of Light”. This was recorded late one night this summer. I wanted to see how we could perform some of the new songs I was working on, so this is a form of experiment of sorts. There are 2 more songs as well.

New single

It’s time! Our new single “Fur” from the upcoming album “Let Us In” will be released December 13th along with the dark and atmospheric track “Out Of Light”.

“Fur” was inspired by the fashion industry and it sticks out in Ember Twin’s music catalogue with its strong political statement.

This release is the first in a line of 4 which will create the new album. The music video for “Fur” will be released with the single and features the band’s new bassist, Malin.

New Music Video

The new music video for I Can’t Turn You On is out now!

The video was inspired by synth-punk and, parts of it, by David Lynch. I’ve been a fan of his work for a long time now and surreal art has been a strong influence on this band and my songwriting the last couple of years. Especially on songs like Down The Hall and Schizofrenia. With that said. Check out the video below.

New EP, GD And Violent World

As some of you know our new EP is out right now. I was surprised to see that we’ve been featured in a local newspaper (Gefle Dagblad).  Didn’t expect that but I really appreciate it. So what do we do next?

Countdown to the release of the acoustic version of Violent World on December 7th. The people I’ve played the song for had a hard time to decide which version they liked the most. Let me hear what you think when it’s out, would love to hear your opinion.

Check out the EP below and remember to Follow us (really important for bands these days)
